The guaranteed dual program

Plan for two babies. Understand the commitment.

The provider offers a fixed-price program with a contractual commitment concerning the birth of two babies. It includes unlimited IVF cycles and embryo transfers under the agreement’s terms.

If another attempt is needed, the program provides for continuing with the same surrogate or another surrogate without further charges for the continuation covered by the guarantee.

The Baby Surrogacy LTD helps you understand the agreement and coordinates with the professionals involved. Before signing, you review the guarantee, eligibility, exclusions, and what happens if the intended outcome is not achieved.

For two intended fathers

A genetic connection with each of you.

If you each hope to have a genetically related baby, the IVF clinic can create separate groups of embryos using each partner’s sperm.

You can plan to use the same egg donor for both fathers. The babies can then share a genetic connection through the donor as well.

The clinic explains donor selection, semen testing, embryo creation, and PGT-A. If you already have frozen embryos, it can review your embryology reports and discuss using them in the program.

Separate pregnancies. Planned close together.

The aim is to schedule the embryo transfers close together so your babies can be born around the same time.

Each transfer depends on the surrogate’s endometrial preparation and medical advice. The births may be a few weeks apart, and a longer interval is possible.

Your babies will be siblings born from separate pregnancies, rather than twins. Each pregnancy follows its own course, so birth dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Additional donor fees, if you choose an international or elite donor.
  • Expenses outside the package, including travel, accommodation, and services in your home country.

Rights and parentage

The legal questions deserve clear answers.

The surrogate’s rights

We help you understand the surrogate’s rights, including informed consent, privacy, access to medical care, and decisions about her own health and pregnancy.

The appointed lawyers explain the agreements and how the parties’ rights are protected.

Your babies’ documents

The proposed legal route is intended to establish you as the legal parents and obtain birth certificates naming the intended parents, without naming the gestational surrogates as mothers. Your lawyers confirm the route for your circumstances before you begin.

Each baby needs a separate documentation process. Passport and citizenship applications follow the requirements of the issuing authorities, including the parentage they recognize.

Questions parents ask us

What does the two-baby guarantee mean?

It’s a contractual commitment offered by the program provider concerning the birth of two babies, supported by The Baby Surrogacy LTD through guidance and coordination. There are no further charges for the attempts covered by the guarantee. The agreement defines its conditions, exclusions, and what happens if the intended outcome is not achieved.

Can we use the same egg donor for both fathers?

Yes. This can be planned with the IVF clinic. Eggs from the donor are allocated to create separate groups of embryos using each father’s sperm. The clinic explains the medical requirements and available options.

Will the babies be born at the same time?

The aim is to plan the embryo transfers close together. The babies may be born a few weeks apart, but each pregnancy has its own course and a longer interval is possible.

What if an embryo transfer fails?

The medical team reviews the outcome and advises on the next attempt. Further IVF cycles and embryo transfers, and arrangements for continuing with the same surrogate or another surrogate, follow the program agreement.

Can we use embryos from another clinic?

This may be possible after the receiving clinic reviews your embryos and records. Both clinics must confirm the requirements for release, transport, and acceptance in Mexico.

How do we prepare to return to the U.S. or Canada?

The relevant lawyers review your nationality, residence, marital status, and genetic relationship with each baby. They explain the parentage, citizenship or immigration, and travel documentation required. The relevant authorities issue the documents.
